Glen Giboney

Glen Giboney is the Director of the Small Business Development Center.  He has been with the center since 1991.  Glen holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, both from Southwest Missouri State University.  Glen teaches Finance classes at Truman State University.  Glen holds two professional accounting certifications, the Certified Management Accountant and the Certificate in Financial Management, both issued by  The Institute of Management Accountants.  He has 15 years experience in business management in the construction and wholesale industries.  He also has five years experience as a full-time university instructor.

Rose Marie Smith

Rose Marie Smith is the person that meets and greets callers and clients of the Small Business Development Center at Truman State University.  She came to the Small Business Development Center after working at Information Technology Services at Truman State University for more than 7 years.  She is responsible for maintaining the SBDC client information software and for the center web pages as well as other secretarial duties.
