planning, management, marketing and finance.

The SBDC staff will produce a variety
of financial analysis reports to give you a complete
picture of your company’s financial condition
using fisCAL: a
financial analysis software program.

SMART
|
Existing businesses may utilize a Strategic
Management Analysis and Review Tool named SMART.

Balanced Scorecard
|
Training can be provided for managers to create a
structure that clarifies the direction a company
needs to go, communicate that direction, and align
all associates to support those goals.
